WE DO LADDER OUR CDS, SO WE HAVE SOME CDS THAT ARE SLATED TO MATURE STILL AT THAT 4% RATE, OUR BUDGETED EXPENDITURES ARE $4,304,001.

WHILE OUR YEAR TO DATE EXPENDITURES ARE $370,085. OUR YEAR TO DATE EXPENDITURES

IT'S BEEN A ABOUT A SEVEN, EIGHT MONTH PROGRAM WHERE WE'VE BEEN WORKING WITH A GROUP OF ABOUT 20 SOMETHING HIGH SCHOOLERS, ALL GRADES AT DESOTO, WHICH IS UNDER THE CHICK FIL A BRAND. THEY SPONSORED IT, AND THE STUDENTS HAVE MET MONTHLY AND PARTICIPATING IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, BUT PROGRAMING AND CURRICULUM. BUT AS WELL AS THEY'RE THEY'VE COME TOGETHER AND THEY'VE MADE A DECISION AROUND AN IMPACT PROJECT, WHICH THEY'LL BE CARRYING OUT NEXT WEEK. THE STUDENTS HAD AN IDEA TO BE VERY INTENTIONAL ABOUT HOW THEY ARE SHOWING UP AND BEING ADVOCATES FOR ENSURING THAT WE'RE RETAINING STUDENTS FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL, AND THEM BEING EXCITED AND ENERGIZED ABOUT COMING OVER TO DESOTO HIGH SCHOOL. SO NEXT WEEK, THE STUDENTS WILL BE HOSTING A WONDERFUL EVENT AT THREE OF THE ALL THREE MIDDLE SCHOOLS. AND WHICH THEY'LL JUST BE REALLY, YOU KNOW, SPEAKING ABOUT ALL THE THE BENEFITS TO ENSURING THAT THEY ARE ENROLLED AND THAT THEY'RE COMING OVER TO DESOTO HIGH SCHOOL.
