1. No Planning and Zoning items were heard at the 04.01.2025 City Council meeting.

F. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding an applicant's request to amend Planned Development-121 (PD-121) Section 9 (Multi-Family Development Tract) to allow for Site Plan, Landscape Plan, and Elevation Plan amendments of the Parc at Daniel Farms Planned Development. (Case # Z-1535-24)

2. Conduct a Public Hearing and consider making a recommendation to the City Council for a requested zone change from Office 1 (O-1) to Mixed Use 1 (MU-1) for the construction of a new Multi-Use community with High-end Luxury Townhomes and Upscale Storefronts. The property is located at 1001 W. Danieldale Road, DeSoto, TX, and is northwest of the corner of W. Danieldale Rd. and Bolton Boone Dr. The applicant is Herchel Smith and the owner is St. Stephen Community Church Inc. (Zoning Case # Z-1536-25)

H. ITEMS OF COMMUNITY INTEREST Discussion will be limited to the following pursuant to Gov't Code 551.0415: (1) Expressions of thanks, congratulations, or condolence; (2) information regarding holiday schedules; (3) a recognition of an individual; (4) a reminder about an upcoming Planning & Zoning events; (5) announcements involving an imminent threat tithe public health and safety.
