THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN WITH THREE BUILDINGS, THE ONE THAT WAS APPROVED IN 2014, AND FIVE BUILDINGS. THIS ONE IS THREE BUILDINGS. PLAN DEVELOPMENT 120 ORDINANCE REQUIRES THAT THE SITE PLAN BE DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO THE SITE PLAN THAT WAS APPROVED IN 2014, AND THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN IDENTIFIES THE SUBJECT SITE AS SUITABLE FOR DESTINATION MIXED USE, DESTINATION DESTINATION, MIXED USE INCLUDE A MIX OF RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USES.

OPEN SPACE A VARIETY OF AMENITIES TO CREATE A DESTINATION THAT ENCOURAGES PARKING AND WALKING EXPERIENCE. WE KNOW THAT OUR DESTINATION MIXED USE. OF COURSE, IT WILL BE YIELDING THE HIGHEST AND BEST BETTER USE THAN THAN OUR MINI WAREHOUSES.
