HERE IS THE SUBMITTED SITE PLAN IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 35.2 OF THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT.

THE PROPOSAL WILL NOT HAVE ANY NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE SURROUNDING PROPERTIES.

SO, UM, ONE, WE MEET INDUSTRY STANDARD AND BEST PRACTICES WE'RE, YOU KNOW, REGULATED BY FERC STANDARDS, UM, WHICH IS A FEDERAL ELECTRICITY, UM, REGULATORY COMMISSION.

BUT, UH, WE'D MENTIONED THE EIGHT FOOT MASONRY WALL.
