SO EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED IN THAT PARTICULAR PROPOSED ZONE DISTRICT, UH, IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE TO ENJOY YOUR PROPERTY, YOU'RE ABLE TO DO SO.
AND THE ZONING CODE ALLOWS FOR THAT, BOTH IN THESE CHARACTER CODE DISTRICTS, BUT ALSO IN OTHER ZONE DISTRICTS THAT ARE APPLIED AROUND THE, THE CITY.

AND SO, UM, IT WOULD BE MUCH LIKE THE SAME IN TERMS OF HEARING THIS, THIS SEGMENT OF THE COMMUNITY BEYOND JUST THE PUBLIC HEARING, ANSWERING THOSE QUESTIONS TO THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND HAVING THAT BACK AND FORTH UNDERSTANDING, UH, DEVELOPMENT HAPPENS BECAUSE OF, UH, OF PEOPLE COME INTO OUR COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP IT.
MANY OF THOSE PEOPLE, SOME OF THOSE PEOPLE ARE HERE IN THE SAME ROOM.
BUT AT THE SAME TIME TOO, THESE ARE THE SAME RESIDENT RESIDENTS.
