EVERYONE.

GOOD AFTERNOON AND WELCOME TO THIS HACKEL PUBLIC MEETING.

UH, THIS PUBLIC MEETING IS ABOUT, UM, ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION ON THE MIDDLE PARKWAY, SPECIFICALLY, UH, FROM THE PARK ROAD TO, UH, THE PRESENT CROWN ROAD SEGMENT OF THE MIDS PARKWAY.

IN THIS PUBLIC MEETING, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION AND ESPECIALLY THE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT FOR THE MIDS PARKWAY.

THIS YEAR, OE UNDERTOOK A STATE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

THIS PROJECT HAS FOUR OF THE STREETS THAT CITY OF, UH, THIS SET, UH, MAINTAIN.

AND THOSE FOUR STREETS ARE PARKER BAY ROAD, HILL ROAD, THE MIDDLE PARKWAY, AND WINTER GREEN ROAD.

AS YOU ARE SEEING ON THIS 16, WE, AFTER FINISHING DESIGNING, WE, UM, BEAT THE PROJECT AND HIRED THE CONTRACTOR RELIABLE PAVING.

THEY HAVE COMPLETED, UH, TWO OF THE FOUR ROAD, AND THAT MEANS THEY HAVE COMPLETED PARKER BAY ROAD AND YOUR ROAD.

AND NOW THEY WILL BE MOVING TO THE MIDDLE PARKWAY ON MONDAY, UH, TO START IN TRAFFIC CONTROL, UM, EQUIPMENTS.

AND THEN THEY WILL START THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE MIDDLE PARKWAY.

THE MIDDLE PARKWAY, UM, RECONSTRUCTION IS FOR EAST STREET TO PRAN ROAD, AS YOU SEE ON THIS SKIN FOR HOME HERE TO HERE.

SO FOR CONSTRUCTION PURPOSE, THE ROADWAY WILL BE DIVIDED INTO TWO SEGMENT.

THE SEGMENT ONE WILL BE FROM PARK STREET TO CLEAR SPRINGS DRIVE UP TO THIS PORTION.

AND FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION, ONE LANE WILL BE OPEN.

THAT MEANS FOR EACH OF THE SEGMENT THERE WILL BE TWO PHASE.

SO THE PAST PHASE OR PAST SEGMENT IS PHASE ONE A.

IN THIS SEGMENT, UH, THE TRAFFIC WILL BE ALWAYS OPEN ONE WAY.

SO AS YOU SEE THE GREEN ARROW, SO THE RIGHT LANE, NORTHBOUND RIGHT LANE WILL BE KEPT OPEN AND THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE WORKING ON THE LEFT LANE AND THEY WILL NEED APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE LEFT LANE.

ON THIS SLIDE, YOU ARE ALSO SEEING THE MESO TRAFFIC CONTROL, UM, EQUIPMENTS.

UM, THAT WILL BE IN A STALL ALONG MIDDLE PARKWAY, BUT ADDITIONALLY THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL, UH, TRAFFIC CONTROL MEASURES WILL BE IMPLEMENTED.

FOR EXAMPLE, AT EAST OF THE SIDE STREET, UH, LIKE THIS HITTER NODE DRIVE OR HUNTER CREEK CREEK DRIVE, THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL SINUS TO INDICATE THAT THE MIDDLE PARKWAY IS ONE WAY, NOT BOUND ONLY.

ONCE THEY FINISH THE LEFT LANE IN PHASE ONE A, THEY WILL, UH, ALLOW THE TRAFFIC TO FLOW NORTHBOUND, BUT AT THAT TIME ONLY ON THE LEFT LANE AND THEY WILL RECONSTRUCT THE RIGHT LANE OF MIDDLE PARKWAY.

SO THAT SEGMENT OF WORK WILL TAKE 21 DAYS TO COMPLETE.

AND AFTER THEY FINISH MIDDLES PARKWAY FROM PARKRIDGE STREET TO CLEAR SPRINGS DRIVE, THEY WILL MOVE TO WORK ON THE REMAINING SEGMENT, WHICH IS CLEAR PI SPRINGS DRIVE TO PRESENT FRONT ROAD.

SO AS YOU SEE, THIS IS THE SECOND PHASE IN PHASE TWO A.

THEY WILL KEEP THE RIGHT LANE OPEN AS YOU SEE THE GREEN ARROW AND THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE WORKING ON THE LEFT LANE.

THIS PORTION WILL TAKE 17 DAYS APPROXIMATELY.

AGAIN, DEFINITELY IT IS ALWAYS DEPENDING ON WEATHER CONDITION.

AND LASTLY, THEY WILL WORK ON THE RIGHT LANE.

AT THAT TIME, THE LEFT LANE WILL BE KEPT OPEN FOR ONE-WAY TRAFFIC AND IT MAY TAKE APPROXIMATELY 19 DAYS TO COMPLETE.

SO HERE IS A SUMMARY OF THE MIDDLES PARKWAY RECONSTRUCTION.

THE CONTRACTOR WILL START WORKING ON UPCOMING MONDAY, WHICH IS AUGUST THE SEVENTH, AND THE

CONSTRUCTION IS EXPECTED TO END BY OCTOBER THE 20.

AGAIN, THAT IS DEPENDING ON THE WEATHER CONDITION ONE THEN WILL ALWAYS BE OPEN NOT BOUND TRAFFIC MOVEMENT.

ONLY NECESSARY SIGNAGE WILL BE IN AUSTRALIA AT APPROPRIATE LOCATIONS AND THERE WILL BE NO SENSE TO THE CURRENT PATTERN OR, UH, STANDARDS FOR TRASH COLLECTIONS.

SO, UH, THE TRASH COLLECTIONS, THE REPUBLIC SERVICE, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE TRASH COLLECTIONS CONTRACTOR WILL MAKE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENT SO THAT THEY CAN COLLECT.

SO AGAIN, THIS IS A TABLE THAT GIVES YOU AN IDEA HOW MA MANY DAYS, UM, NECESSARY FOR EASE OF THE PACE FOR THE MIDDLES PARKWAY CONSTRUCTION.

AT THAT TIME, I WILL LIKE TO PROVIDE YOU THE CONTACT INFORMATION.

SO THE CONTRACTOR IS RELIABLE PAVING.

I THINK A QUESTION THAT MIGHT BE ASKED ONCE THOSE TWO LANES ARE COMPLETED, WILL THOSE, BUT THAT SECTION OF THE METALS PARKWAY BE OPEN TO TWO-WAY TRAFFIC OR WILL IT THEY BOTH JUST BE PAVED AND TRAFFIC WILL STILL BE RESTRICTED TO ONE-WAY TRAFFIC? UH, TO MY KNOWLEDGE, THAT SEGMENT WILL BE OPEN ENTIRELY FOR TWO LANE, BUT I ALSO HAVE, UH, THE CONTRACTOR AND I, UH, I WILL ASK MR. QUENTIN SMITH TO CONFIRM.

AND, AND AS WE'RE CONSTRUCTING THE OTHER PHASE ONE B AND ONE A, WE DON'T WANT TO HAVE PEOPLE TRYING TO COME DOWN THE PART OF ONE B THAT'S UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND JUMPING OVER TO THE ONE A THAT HAS BEEN COMPLETED, IF THAT MAKES SENSE.

SO WE WANT TO KEEP EVERYBODY IN THE NORTHBOUND CONFIGURATION AND TRY TO ONLY OPEN THE ROAD TO, TO GIVE ACCESS TO THROUGH TRAFFIC.

SO PEOPLE WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO DRIVE SOUTHBOUND FOR THE SEGMENT FROM, UH, PORT TO CLEAR SPRINGS, BUT THEY WILL STILL HAVE ONLY ONE OPTION LIKE NORTHBOUND FOR THE SEGMENT, UH, FROM CLEAR SPRINGS DRIVE TO EAST PLEASANT GROUND ROAD.

CORRECT.

AND IT MAKES COMPLETE SENSE, UM, FROM A TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT STANDPOINT.
