Chairperson Dewberry called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and noted for the record that six (6) Commissioners were present.
E. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:
(2) Approval of the Minutes for the Regular Meeting on March 13, 2012.
Motion to Approve to approve the Minutes for the Regular Meeting on March 13, 2012 with modifications noted during the work session. Moved by Commissioner Reginald Jones, seconded by Commissioner Scott McDonald.

F. PUBLIC HEARING:
(3) Consider Case Z-1236-12; an amendment to Section 37.2 A2, Construction Standards of the Zoning Ordinance. The proposed amendment would require that all elevations must be 100 % masonry in General Retail (GR), Neighborhood Services (NS), Office 1 (O-1) and Office 2 (O-2) zoning districts, as well as limiting the amount of metal material on facades.
B. Management Report for Case Z-1236-12
Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, presented the management report for case Z-1229-11.
Chairperson Dewberry asked the Commission if there were any questions of staff. Hearing no repsonse, he opened the public hearing and asked if there was anyone who wished speak either in favor of or in opposition to case Z-1236-12. There being no response, he closed the public hearing and asked the Commission if there was any discussion. Hearing no response, he asked the Commission for a motion.
