Chairperson Simerly called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. and noted for the record that seven (7) Commissioners were present. He also welcomed to Commissioner Scott McDonald to the Planning & Zoning Commission.
E. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:
(2) Approval of the Minutes for the Regular Meeting on September 14, 2010.
Motion to Approve to Approve the Minutes for the Regular Meeting on September 14, 2010. Moved by Vice Chairperson Donald Dewberry, seconded by Commissioner Dwight Chambers.

F. REGULAR AGENDA:
(3) Consider Case SP-645-10; a Site Plan for Lot 3B of South Meadows Office Park, located at 540 East Pleasant Run Road. The property in question consists of approximately 0.534 acres. The applicant is Randy Gaubert.
Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, presented the management report for case SP-645-10.
Chairperson Simerly asked the Commission if there were any questions of staff. Hearing no response, he asked the applicant to come forward to address the Commission.
Mr. Randy Gaubert, of 240 Scenic Court, Cedar Hill, came forward to address the Commission.
Commissioner Jones asked Mr. Gaubert about the number of proposed buildings for the site, as well as the type of uses.
Mr. Gaubert informed the Commission that there would be three buildings on the site and these buildings would be used for medical/professional type uses. He also stated that the project before the Commission would be used for a law office.
Commissioner Jones asked Mr. Gaubert if the three buildings would look similar to one another.
Mr. Gaubert informed the Commission that the proposed buildings would look similar. He also mentioned that each building would have some unique features as well.
Commissioner Jones asked Mr. Gaubert if the proposed buildings would be facing Pleasant Run Road.
Mr. Gaubert explained to the Commission that the two front lots would have buildings that will face Pleasant Run Road and the lot in the back will have a building that faces the tree line to the east. He also explained that elevations would be provided showing dramatic side elevations.
Chairperson Simerly asked the Commission, if there were any additional questions for Mr. Gaubert. There being no response, he asked if there were any questions or comments for staff. Hearing no response, Chairperson Simerly asked the Commission for a motion.
