Chairperson Simerly called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and noted for the record that four (4) Commissioners were present.

F. PUBLIC HEARING:

(3) Consider Case Z-1182-09; an Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to add the new use "Entertainment Venue" and determine the zoning districts in which this use should be allowed. The proposed change would amend Section 36 - Use Regulations; Section 38 - Off-Street Parking & Loading; Section 43 - Supplemental Regulations and Section A-3 Definitions of the Zoning Ordinance.

Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, presented the management report for case Z-1182-09.

Chairperson Simerly asked the Commission, if there were any questions of staff. Hearing no response, he opened the Public Hearing and asked if there was anyone else that wished to address the Commission either in favor of or in opposition to Case Z-1182-09. There being no response, he closed the Public Hearing and asked the Commission if they had any questions or comments. There being no response, Chairperson Simerly asked the Commission for a motion.

Motion to to Approve case Z-1182-09; an Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to add the new use "Entertainment Venue" and determine the zoning districts in which this use should be allowed. Moved by Commissioner Dick North, seconded by Commissioner Reginald Jones.

(4) SP-644-10; a Site Plan for Williamsburg Village, Tract Q, Site C-4, C-6 & C-8, located off Scotland Drive and south of Wheatland Road. The property in question consists of 1.1935 acres and 3 lots. The applicant is Barclay Construction/ Randy Gaubert.

Chairperson Simerly asked the Commission if there were any questions of staff. Hearing no response, he asked the Commission if there were any questions for the applicant. There being no response, Chairperspon Simerly asked the Commission for a motion.

Motion to Approve to Approve SP-622-10;a Site Plan for Williamsburg Village, Tract Q, Site C-4, C-6 & C-8, located off Scotland Drive and south of Wheatland Road. Moved by Commissioner Dick North, seconded by Commissioner Roosevelt Williams.
