Chairperson Vaughn called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and noted for the record that seven (7) Commissioners were present.
E. CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS:

F. PUBLIC HEARING:
(3) WITHDRAWN - Consider Case Z-1160-08; to Amend the City of DeSoto Zoning Ordinance to allow 1,000 square feet minimum single family dwelling units with no garage or landscaping requirements for lots owned by persons receiving a Dallas County Replacement Housing Grant.
Chairperson Vaughn stated that Case Z-1160-08 has been withdrawn until staff has had the opportunity to gather input from the residents of Wintergreen Estates Subdivision.
