(1) Discuss an Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to add the new and unlisted use "Sports Facility (Indoor)" and determine the zoning districts in which this use should be allowed.

Sport Facility (Indoor) Memo

Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager gave a presentation explaining staff modified recommendations for the new and unlisted use "Sports Facility (Indoor)".

The Commission discussed and reviewed the modified recommendations presented by staff regarding the new and unlisted use "Sports Facility (Indoor)" and came to a consenus that this case will be brought forward at the next scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission meeting with the recommended modifications.

B. ADJOURNMENT.

Being there was no other business; Chairperson Vaughn adjourned the meeting at 6:51 PM.
