CALL TO ORDER:

Chairperson Vaughn called the worksession to order at 6:00 PM and noted for the record that seven (7) members were present.

A. WORKSESSION:

The Commission reviewed CIP documents distributed by Ms. Crystal Owens, City Engineer during the May 13, 2008, Planning & Zoning Commission worksession and as a consensus the Commission made the following recommendations for the CIP projects for FY 2009-2013:

1. Place more emphasis on alley reconstruction efforts.

2. Postpone both the Bolton Boone Road construction and Danieldale Road widening projects until the year 2010.

3. Implement "Going Green" initiatives in the City of DeSoto.

B. ADJOURNMENT.

Being there was no other business; Chairperson Vaughn adjourned the meeting at 7:00 PM.
