Chairman Hudson called the meeting to order at 7:00PM and noted for the record that six (6) Commissioners were present.

(6) Consider Case FP-988-07; a Replat of Lot 1, Block A for F.M. Mabra’s/ Fairbanks Addition out of the Sarah Ream Survey, Abstract No. 1216. The property in question consists of 10.285 acres and is located on I-35E & south of Pleasant Run Road. The applicant is John T. Evans/ DeSoto Pleasant Run, Ltd.
Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, gave the staff report.
Chairman Hudson asked the Commission if there were any questions or staff. There being no response, he asked Mr. Craig Johnson if he wanted to address the Commission regarding case FP-988-07. Hearing no response, Chairman Hudson asked the Commission for a motion.
Motion to Approve to approve case FP-988-07; a Replat of Lot 1, Block A for F.M. Mabra’s/ Fairbanks Addition. Moved by Vice Chairman Scott McDonald, seconded by Commissioner Karen Vaughn.

(7) Consider Case FP-989-07; a Final Plat of Elerson Ranch Phase III, out of the Thomas Bernard Survey, Abstract No. 114. The property in question consists of 32.622 acres and is located north of Parkerville Road and west of Westmoreland Road. The applicant is Steve Crowley/ Spyglass Investments.
Commissioner Dewberry signed a Affidavit regarding Conflict of Interest, which would excuse him from partaking in the hearing and voting process of Case FP-989-07.
Chairman Hudson asked the Commission if there were any questions of staff. Hearing no response, he asked Mr. Steve Crowley if he wanted to address the Commission regarding case FP-989-07. There being no response, Chairman Hudson asked the Commission for a motion.
Ms. Linda Zombeck, Senior Planner, gave the staff report.
Motion to Approve to approve case FP-989-07; a Final Plat of Elerson Ranch Phase III. Moved by Commissioner Tom Simerly, seconded by Commissioner Karen Vaughn.
