D. CALL TO ORDER.
Chairperson May called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and noted for the record that seven (7) Commissioners were present.
Ms. Julie Dosher announced that the order of agenda items could be rearranged.
Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, suggested that maybe the scheduled agenda items could be rearranged. The cases could be heard in the following order: (3) Case Z-1291-14; a request for an Amusement Commercial (Indoor) Planned Development (PD-156) and (4) Case Z-1294-14; a zoning request for Light Industrial (LI) Zoning and (5) Case FP-1093-14; Final Plat of Stillwater Canyon, Phase 1D and (2) Consent Agenda Item.
The Commission agreed with Mr. Vatthauer's suggested change in the order of scheduled agenda items.
F. PUBLIC HEARING:
(3) Consider Case Z-1291-14; a request for an Amusement Commercial (Indoor) Planned Development (PD-156) having a legal description of Tract 2 of A.C. Wampler Survey, Abstract No. 1539. The applicant is requesting that the Amusement Commercial (Indoor) use be allowed by-right at the northeast corner of Wintergreen Road and Polk Street. The property in question consists of 1 lot and 6.378 acres. The applicant is Valerie Banks.

Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, presented the management report for case Z-1291-14.
Chairperson May asked the Commissioners if there were any questions of staff. There being no response, she opened the public hearing at 7:04 PM and asked the applicant to come forward to address the Commission.
Ms. Valerie Banks, of 416 Fairweather Street, came forward to address the Commission.
Chairperson May asked the Commissioners if there were any questions for Ms. Banks. There being no response, she asked if there was anyone else in the audience who wished to address the Commission either in favor of or in opposition to case Z-1291-14. Hearing no response, she closed the public hearing at 7:06 PM and asked the Commission if there were any comments or discussion.
Commissioner Campbell informed the Commission that he would like to make certain the Planned Develoment stipulates the facade must be earth tone colors.
Ms. Banks explained that the facade would definitely be earth tone colors.
Chairperson May asked the Commissioners if there were any additional comments or discussion. There being no response, she asked the Commissioners for a motion.
