F. PUBLIC HEARING:
(3) Consider Case Z-1286-14; an amendment to Section 37 "Exterior Construction Requirements" of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding increasing the masonry requirements in residential districts. The applicant is City of DeSoto.

Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, presented the management report for case Z-1286-14.
Chairperson May asked the Commissioners if there were any questions of staff. There being no response, she opened the public hearing at 7:06 PM and asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to address the Commission regarding case Z-1286-14. Here no response, Chairperson May closed the public hearing at 7:08 PM and asked the Commissioners if there was any discussion or comments. There being no response, she asked the Commissioners for a motion.
