(4) Consider Case P-304-13; a Preliminary Plat of Summer Meadows, Phase III out of the John Lewis Survey, Abstract No. 774. The property in question consists of 32.501 acres and is located south of Parkerville Road and west of Uhl Road. The applicant is Marcia Dillon/KB Home DFW.

Mr. Edlyn Vatthauer, Planning Manager, presented the management report for case P-304-13.
Chairperson May asked the Commission if there were any questions of staff. There being no response, she opened the public hearing and asked if there was anyone who wished to address the Commission either in favor of or in opposition to case P-304-13. Hearing no response, Chairperson May closed the public hearing and asked the Commission if there was any discussion regarding case P-304-13. There being no response, she asked the Commission for a motion.
