Applicant/Property Owner: City of DeSoto.

2. Consider Zoning Case Z-1387-18; a Specific Use Permit (SUP) to allow an accessory building on a residential lot. The property is located at 1101 Stinnett Place, which is located at the northwest corner of Stinnett Place and Peggs Street; consisting of one (1) acre. Applicant and Property Owner: Joseph Leonski.
