Consider Zoning Case Z-1365-17; a change in zoning from Light Industrial (LI) to PD-147, and to allow the use Polystyrene Foam Product Manufacturing on the property in question by-right in this PD; an area north of Peregrine Way and east of Talon Drive; consisting of 8.65 acres and containing three (3) lots; Applicant/Owner: Gordon Edwards.

G. REGULAR AGENDA:

1. Consider Preliminary Plat P-311-17; Elerson Trace Park; 15.32 acres , 44 lots; located on the east side of Elerson Road and one lot north of Cherry Hill Lane; Applicant: Wildwood Development; Owner: W.O. Henry Perpetual Partnership.

2. Consider cancelling the December 26th meeting.
