1. Consider Zoning Case Z-1333-16, a Multi-Family (MF) Planned Development, including the consideration of requested deviations; located approximately 200 feet north of Pleasant Run Road and then to the west and east sides of The Meadows Parkway; consisting of two (2) tracts of land and approximately 3.16 acres. Applicant: Belinda May; Owner: Pleasant Meadows, Inc.

2. Consider Zoning Case Z-1335-16, an amendment to Planned Development-127 (PD-127) to change the base zoning from Single Family-12 (SF-12) to Single Family-8 (SF-8), as well as several other amendments to area regulations; located on approximately 1,300 feet south of Belt Line Road and 2,100 feet east of Polk Street; consisting of 141 lots and 70.9 acres. Applicant: First Texas Homes; Owner: First Texas Homes.

3. Consider Zoning Case Z-1338-16, an amendment to Planned Development- 20 (PD-20) to allow an Assisted Living Facility at 1300 Plaza Road; consisting of 1 lot and 1.96 acres. Applicant: Jerome Guillory; Owner: Cheryl Snyder.

4. Consider Zoning Case Z-1339-16; an Amendment to Section 41 "Fencing, Walls and Screening" in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding walls adjoining streets and the location of walls and fences in relation to the landscape buffer area.
