2. Consider Zoning Case Z-1328-16; a change in zoning from Single Family-Country Estates (SF-CE) to a residential Planned Development, with Two-Family (2F) Residential (Duplex-Units) as the base zoning and a request for deviations; located west on Westmoreland Road and approximately 650 feet south of Spinner Road; consisting of 25 lots and 6.93 acres.
