Billy Hawkins is a Senior Service Operator in Parks and Leisure Services Department. He has been employed with the City of DeSoto since June of 2002.
Billy was born in Arizona; however has lived in Waxahachie since he was 1 year old. He enjoys fishing and hunting. He also enjoys bowling.
Billy has a border collie and blue heeler mix dog named “Rambo”.
Little Known Fact: Billy has a creative side. He installs and decorates salt water fish tanks that include sharks, eels, and sting rays.
