3. Ambassador: Matthew Lobban, Fire Department.
Matthew Lobban, has been employed with Desoto Fire Department since January 5, 2009, as a Firefighter/Paramedic.
Matthew received his EMT Basic Certification on September 20, 2005 and Firefighter Basic certification on November, 4 2005 from DesotoFireAcademy. He received his Driver/Operator Certification from KilgoreCollege on April 8, 2008, and his Paramedic Certification from UT Southwestern on October 28, 2009.
Previously Matthew was employed with Children’s MedicalCenter as a clinical technician in the Intensive Care Unit. He also served as a firefighter/EMT for 3 years with the City of Glenn Heights.
Matthew currently lives in Forney, where he has lived all his life. He is married to his wife Summer, and has two daughters. Matt enjoys fishing and anything to do with the outdoors on his days off.
He believes in family first, and enjoys spending time with his daughters to always be a positive role model in their life.
