3. Ambassador: Judy Groff, Human Resources.
Judy Groff has worked for the City of DeSoto for over fifteen (15) years. Her first day of work was April 25, 1994 -- the day the tornado hit City Hall! She worked for two years in the Finance Department processing Accounts Payable and Payroll, before transferring to Human Resources in 1996. She has provided service in the Human Resources Department since that time.
