3. Ambassador: LaGerisyn Runnels, Library Services.
LaGerisyn Runnels is a sophomore of the CedarHillCollegiateHigh School in Cedar Hill, Texas.
This is her third year as a participant in the Library’s Teen Volunteer Program. She was recently appointed as President of the Teen Spot Council of the Desoto Public Library and inducted into the National Honors Society of High School Scholars.
Her hobbies and interests include Teenage Literacy, Minority Education, and Public Relations & Communications.
