3. Ambassador: Jack Lacy, Building Inspections.
Jack Lacy works in the Development Services Division under Building Inspections as a Senior Building Inspector. He is a native of the West Texas area. He was born in San Angelo and raised in Midland/Odessa. He has been employed with the City of DeSoto since September 8, 2008. Prior to that time, he owned his own construction company for over 15 years. Jack is also a Master Plumber. Jack presently lives in Burleson, Texas with his wife, JoLynn of 33 years. He has four sons, one grandson, and one grand-daughter “on the way”. His extended family includes two dogs and one cat.
In his spare time, Jack enjoys wood working, trains and growing roses.
