3. Ambassador: Cesar Segura, Finance Department
Cesar Segura has been working for the City of DeSoto since March 2005. His first two years with the water department, and now in the Meter Services Department.
Prior to working for the City of DeSoto, Cesar spent five years working for Cell Star Corporation as a technician repairing cell phones. He also worked for Dal Tile Corporation for ten years in the accounts payable department.
Cesar studied theology at the Hispanic Baptist Theological Seminary in San Antonio, where he met his future wife, Manuela. Cesar later graduated in December 2004 from Christ For the Nations Institute.
Cesar and Manuela have ten year old twin boys, Samuel and Nathaniel. His hobbies are spending time playing ball with his boys and spending time by himself reading.
