I. Call to Order

Mayor Sherman called the meeting to order at 6:15pm. Mayor Pro Tem McCowan was not present at this meeting.

II. Canvass the results of the November 4, 2014 Bond Election

Ms. Morris read the agenda caption and presented the Management Report for the November 2014 Bond Election. In summary, all four (4) propositions were passed by the citizens of DeSoto.

Motion to approve a Resolution to officially canvass the results of the Bond Election held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Moved by Councilmember Proctor, seconded by Councilmember Zander.

III. Adjournment

Mayor Sherman adjourned the meeting at 6:19pm.
