F. PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. Consider Zoning Case Z-1395-19; an amendment to Specific Use Permit-276 (SUP-276) to increase the square footage of a proposed Skilled Nursing Facility to be located at the southwest corner of the Centre Park Boulevard/Hampton Road intersection and adopting Ordinance; consisting of approximately 4.74 acres and 1 lot. Applicant: DeSoto Skilled Property Construction, LLC; Property Owner: Lloyd Douglas.

2. Consider Zoning Case Z-1410-19, an amendment to Planned Development-127 (PD-127) to change the lot layout in the northeast portion of the development, as well as requested deviations and adopting Ordinance. Located approximately 1,300 feet south of Belt Line Road and 2,100 feet east of Polk Street; consisting of 152 lots and 85.87 acres. Applicant: Remington Wheat; Owner: Keith Hardesty.

G. REGULAR AGENDA - New Business

1. Consider authorizing the Interim City Manager to seek bids for an Impact Fee Study

2. Consider approval of the First Amendment to the Booster Chlorination Trial and Demonstration Agreement

3. Consider an Ordinance of the City of DeSoto, Texas, amending the Code of Ordinances by amending Appendix A titled "Fee Schedule" by amending Article 2.000 titled "Building Permits" by setting forth revised fees and adding new fees; by amending Article 25.000 titled " Planning and Zoning Fees" by amending Section 25.200 titled "Zoning Change Requests" by setting forth revised fees and adding new fees; by deleting Article 5.000 titled "Fee for Improvement in Right-of-way" in its entirety and adding a new article 5.000 titled "Engineering Fees"'

4. Consider authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute mowing service agreements with Good Earth Corporation and Urban Landscaping & Irrigation in the amount of $471,822 for Groups 1 and 2 for parks and municipal buildings, median and right of ways.

5. Consider authorizing the Interim City Manager to terminate a construction contract with Hayden Commercial Construction LLC in the amount of $456,830; and execute a construction contract with C. Green Scaping LP, and establish a project budget in the amount of $575,084 for improvements to Briarwood Park.
