E. PUBLIC HEARINGS

1. Consider Zoning Case Z-1392-18; a change in zoning from Light Industrial to Planned Development-139 (PD-139) to allow a Commercial Trade School on the property in question, and adopting Ordinance. The property is located on the west side of Kestrel Avenue and approximately 170 feet north of Seahawk Drive; consisting of one (1) lot and containing one (1) acre. Applicant and property owner is Rod Franklin.

2. Consider Zoning Case Z-1390-18; a requested change in zoning from Single Family-20 (SF-20) to General Retail (GR), and adopting Ordinance. The property is located at the northwest corner of the Belt Line Road and Westmoreland Road intersection; consisting of one (1) lot and containing approximately 1.016 acres. Applicant: Mathew Williamson; Property Owner: James M. Caldwell.

F. REGULAR AGENDA - New Business

1. Consider an Ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Adopted Budget.

2. Consider Preliminary Plat P-315-18; Cole Crossing Estates. Located east of Westmoreland Road and approximately 640 feet south of Parkerville Road, consisting of sixty-six (66) lots and containing 23.89 acres. Applicant: Tareq El-Sadi; Property Owner: Suresh Shridharani.

The Citizen Appearances portion of the Agenda is an opportunity for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council cannot discuss issues raised or make any decision at this time. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action.
