1. Consider Zoning Case Z-1347-17; an amendment to Planned Development-121 (PD-121) concerning a proposed apartment complex consisting of 30.4 acres and referred to as Parc at Daniel Farms, including changes to the Site Plan and a request for deviations; an area approximately 700 feet south of Scotland Drive and 700 feet west of Bolton Boone Drive; and adopting Ordinance. Applicant: Carrie Gordon; Owner: Tom G. Gaubert.

2. Consider Zoning Case Z-1351-17; a change in zoning from Neighborhood Services (NS) to a Planned Development with Multi-Family (MF) as the base zoning with requested deviations; an area approximately 200 feet south of Belt Line Road and to the east of Westmoreland Road; on approximately 10.4 acres and containing one lot; and adopting Ordinance. Applicant: Matthew Peterson; Owner: Steven Davis.

3. Consider Zoning Case Z-1356-17; a change in zoning from General Retail (GR) to a Planned Development with General Retail (GR) as the base zoning, with deviations; an area just south of Belt Line Road and approximately 150 feet to the west of Brook Hollow Drive; consisting of 6.23 acres; Applicant/Owner: Monte Anderson; and adopting Ordinance.

F. REGULAR AGENDA - New Business

1. Consider rescinding the Interlocal Agreement with North Central Texas Council of Governments and terminating the Marketing Agreement with Utility Service Partners (DBA Service Line Warranties of America) regarding Use of the City Logo for Service Line Protection Programs

2. Consider a Resolution authorizing Dallas County to resell the tax foreclosure properties located at 9 Tulip Trail, 12, Tulip Trail, 14 Tulip Trail and 18 Tulip Trail in DeSoto, Texas

3. Consider Fiscal Year 2017 Third Quarter Budget Amendments

4. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a construction contract with Canary Construction, Inc. of Lewisville, Texas, in the amount of $467,248 and establish a total project budget in the amount of $483,348 for the Water Valve Replacement Project

5. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a professional services agreement with GWC Engineering, LP, in the amount of $69,750 for the engineering design of the Whispering Oaks Drainage Project

6. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a construction contract with L. A. Banda, LLC of Dallas, Texas, in the amount of $115,830 and establish a total project budget in the amount of $125,605 for the Westmoreland/Bridgeport Drainage Improvement Project

H. CITIZEN APPEARANCES

The Citizen Appearances portion of the Agenda is an opportunity for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council cannot discuss issues raised or make any decision at this time. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action.
