1. Conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Article 8.1100 "Registered Sex Offenders" Section 8.1106 to provide for an exemption hearing for the residence located at 500 Neff Court, DeSoto, Texas (this is a continuation from the Public Hearing opened on August 16, 2016)

5. Consider an Ordinance setting the Tax Rate and Levying the Ad Valorem Taxes for the 2016 Tax Year
6. Consider an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances by amending Chapter 5 titled "Fire Prevention and Protection" by adding Article 5.400 currently titled "Emergency Medical Services and Private Ambulances" to provide regulations for emergency medical services and private ambulances; and amending Appendix A titled "fee schedule" by amending Article 27.00 currently titled "ambulance service charges" by changing the title to "ambulance fees" and providing for an application fee for private ambulance services
G. REGULAR AGENDA - Old Business
The Citizen Appearances portion of the Agenda is an opportunity for the public to address the City Council on any subject. However, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council cannot discuss issues raised or make any decision at this time. Issues raised may be referred to City Staff for research and possible future action.
