1. Conduct a Public Hearing to consider Zoning Case Z-1321-16; an amendment to Section 31 "Fencing, Walls and Screening Requirements" of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding the screening of tractor and trailers (18 wheelers) that are stored on site; and adopting Ordinance. Applicant: City of DeSoto.

F. REGULAR AGENDA - New Business

1. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a construction contract with XIT Paving & Construction Inc. in the amount of $242,582(construction and contingency) and establish a total project budget in the amount of $$257,910 for the Drainage Improvement Project at Wintergreen Court and Silver Creek Drive.

2. Consider an Ordinance abandoning the right-of-way (ROW) at the west end of Barrows Place.

3. Consider approval to purchase three (3) vehicles from Dodge City for vehicles identified in the FY 2016 Vehicle Replacement Program.

4. Consider approval to purchase three (3) vehicles from Sam Packs Five Star Ford for vehicles identified in the FY 2016 Vehicle Replacement Program.

5. Consider a professional services contract with MasterCode Inc. for plan review, inspection and staffing services.

6. Consider authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract with Future Outdoors, LLC, in the amount of $70,125 and establish a project budget in the amount of $90,000 (construction and contingency) for the construction of a screening wall along the north side of Pleasant Run Road between Shadywood Lane and Westlake Drive.
