1. Consider Zoning Case Z-1317-15; a change in zoning from Planned Development-156 (PD-156) to General Retail (GR) and Light Industrial (LI); and adopting Ordinance. The property is located at the northeast corner of north Polk Street, and east Wintergreen Road on approximately 6.38 acres of land. Applicant: George Hill, Owner: Richard A. Gray.

1. Consider an increase in funding for the existing professional services contract with Bureau Veritas North America, Inc. for plan review and inspection services and amending the Building Inspection budget for professional services.

2. Consider award of contract to Matrix Demolition for demolition and clearing of 104 W. Pleasant Run Road and 1001 N. Hampton Road.

3. Consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 12, Section 12.505, to establish the maximum prima facie speed limit for FM 1382 (Belt Line Road) from Hampton Road to Duncanville Road (west city limit) under the provisions of the Transportation Code.
