PUBLIC HEARINGS
Consideration of the Texas Food Establishment Rules (TFER), Title 25, Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 228; and adopting Ordinance.
Consider a Resolution to Adopt the Investment Policy and Exhibits attached Thereto for the City of DeSoto, DeSoto Housing Finance Corporation, DeSoto Industrial Development Corporation, DeSoto Health Facilities Corporation and DeSoto Parks Development Corporation as Revised.
Consider a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a purchase and sale agreement on behalf of the City of Desoto with the DeSoto Economic Development Corporation (“DEDC”) acting as an independent foundation for the sale of the real property located at 105 Barrows Place for the subsequent resale of that property by the DEDC to Global Prime Health LLC for the development of a skilled nursing facility and to execute any other documents or instruments related thereto deemed necessary by the City Manager after consultation with the city attorney for the transaction including a Restriction Agreement requiring the development of a skilled nursing facility.
