1. Consider Zoning Case Z-1302-15; a change in zoning from Office-1 (O-1)/Light Industrial (LI) to a Planned Development with Light Industrial (LI) as the base zoning with a deviation from the screening wall requirements on approximately 34.2 acres of land; located southeast corner of Danieldale Road and between Old Hickory Trail and Jo Drive, and adopting Ordinance; Applicant: Seefried Industrial Properties, Inc.; Owner: DeSoto Development LTD.
2. Consider Zoning Case Z-1305-15; a Specific Use Permit to allow a Daiquiri Shoppe at the southwest corner of Hampton Road and Chowning Drive consisting of one lot of land, being more commonly known as 241-A north Hampton Drive, and adopting Ordinance; Applicant: Tyrone Taylor; Owner: Jammor Limited Partnership.

Consider approval of a mowing contract to provide mowing services to the City, with the following (4) four vendors; Larry Harwell Mowing, JBa Land Management, LLC, AquaGreen Global, LLC, and LandCare Holdings, Inc. for a period of three months to maintain the parks, non-parks, and right-of-way greenspaces.
Consider Approval of an Annual Contract with C&M Contracting for Concrete Repairs.
Consider a Resolution approving a Project Specific Agreement with Dallas County for roadway striping projects.
Consider Approval to purchase a new sewer machine from Silsbee Ford for equipment identified in the FY 2015 Vehicle Replacement Program.
Consider an Ordinance authorizing and ordering the issuance of City of DeSoto, Texas, General Obligation Bonds, Series 2015; prescribing the terms and form thereof; providing for the payment of the prinicipal thereof and interest thereon; awarding the sale thereof; authorizing the preparation and distribution of an official statement to be used in connection with the sale of the bonds; making other provisions regarding such bonds, including use of the proceeds thereof, and matter incident thereto.
