Discuss and consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 3 titled "Building Regulations" by amending Article 3.1400 "Alarm Systems" by amending the permit requirements, duties of the alarm systems company and other matters related to alarm systems. Amending Article 12.000 by amending the alarm system permits and fees including fees for residential and commercial and establishing late fee for renewing permits.
Consider a Resolution approving a Public Property Finance Contract and matters related thereto for the financing of a fire truck.
Consider authorizing the City Manager to approve an agreement for the purchase of 1,300 Sensus water meters, 1,300 smart point radios and installation services from Aqua Metric Sales Company, and establish a total project budget amount of $378,000.
Consider approval of a North Central Texas Council of Governments grant for General Victim Assistance-Direct Services for the Police Department.
